On the downloads center? I know that in the Downloads center it doesn't scroll smoothly, and we're trying to fix it. But the menu enables easy navigation.
I say, keep it. It's worth it, trust me.

It might be kind of annoying I guess, but it is still relaly useful. On Internet Explorer and Firefox the menubar doesn't scroll down on the forum. On firefox, the menu doesn't even open. =p

Its like a pop up/under that follows where you scroll (the worst kind imo). It doesnt really take much effort to scroll up and click the link in the top menu (which is the exact same (in slightly different order) as the floating one btw).
