Sorry, I don't think there's a program for finding partial derivatives for the TI-84+ SE. The TI-83+/TI-84+ really isn't very good at calculus - you should consider getting a TI-89 (Titanium), Voyage 200, or maybe even the TI-Nspire, although I'm not sure how could the TI-Nspire's symbolic manipulation capabilities are (I've read that they're worse than the TI-89's and Voyage 200's though).
There is Symbolic (which I haven't tried), which supports taking derivatives where only a single variable is involved. And although I doubt this will work, maybe you could try seeing what happens if you through some other variables into function being differentiated.

Do you mean a program that will take partial derivatives or total derivatives?
