I was wondering if there is any way to remove CSX OS from my calc. it does not connect with ticonnect or any other calculator i have tried. CSX seems useless since i put it into my calc by forcing it (using UnivOS). there are only 5 functions, which do not include adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, or graphing. the "link" function does not connect with other calculators. its driving me crazy. should i get a new ti84se????
did i mention that its an actual os and not an app, and now i cant send tios back in?
Try forcing the OS load by taking out a battery and reinserting it while pressing DEL.
how? i cant connect my calc with anything at all. i want to put tios back in, but there is no link at all for my calc. AAAAAAH!
It's the boot code (or something like that), no OS should ever erase it (AFAIK with my rudimentary knowledge of the calculator's flash): Take out a battery. Hold [ON] and [DEL] while putting it back in, it should ask for an OS. Then you will be able to send an OS from your computer or another calculator.
thanks, xpheonix, but it doesnt work. it just screws up the os nothing else. is this the 10 second thing? because it has never worked for me
