I have TI-89 titanium the problem in the communication with computer (did not recognize Calculator) .
The earlier version had knowledge and 3.10. But when I got out by mistake Release 3.00 and now there is no communication with computer .
How was 3.10 Release
Are the settings in the computer or computer?
I have a computer program, but not defined
I don't know much about AMS 3.00, but I wouldn't think it would make it unable to communicate with the computer.

Whenever I try to transfer I get this message. "Unable to communicate with the calculator. Please check your connection." Please help me.
I think this is actually just a problem with the direct link cable that comes with the TI-89 Titanium (I personally use a silver link or black serial cable to connect to my TI graphing calculators, because now that I think of it, I think I had problems using the direct link cable too). I think other people had do reset their memory (press: 2ND 6 F1 3 ENTER) or something like that, but even after that, it still wouldn't work sometimes. Many people just ended up getting a different type of cable - one that uses the I/O port on the TI-89 Titanium instead of the mini-USB port (these ports are labeled on the top of your TI-89 Titanium).
